For this reason, we’ll accomplish all that for you for free!Our highly capable technical team reps will migrate your website content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got extensive experience with web site migration and can handle anything – from a traditional WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven web site, to a very complex, custom–built web application.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time interval, because there are plenty of variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not very large).

A: Yeah. We will need to have the name of the web site that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also need a means to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your web site.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we’ll have with you as a customer. We are devoted to protecting the safety of the personal info collected from the clients. To do so, we use technical security measures so as to prevent the loss, the abuse, the alteration or the unauthorized leakage of the private data under our control. When we ask users to submit financial info (for example, a debit card number), this info is encoded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

A: Your web site will work exactly like it did before with your old web hosting provider. As soon as we have completed the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is update the NS records for your domain. Your website will be migrated over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
